The Bot stores only what is needed to run announcements: the announcement title, text, date/time and repeat setting, the Discord ID of the channel it posts in, and server configuration such as role IDs. It does not read, log or store regular chat messages.
This data is used solely to post announcements and reminders in the configured channel.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties. It is stored on a private server operated by the Bot owner.
Announcements are kept until they are deleted by an authorised user or the Bot is removed. To request deletion of any data, contact YOUR CONTACT.
